• Bespoke and custom designs may take longer depending on the complexity of the piece. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
• If you need something by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll do my best to meet your timeframe.
• UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked and insured).
• International orders are shipped using a tracked and insured service. Delivery times vary depending on destination.
• You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

• Each piece is made with care, and I want you to love it. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it.
• Returns are accepted on unworn, non-customised pieces. Bespoke or personalised jewellery (including pieces made with your chosen stones, inscriptions or bespoke ring sizes) cannot be returned or refunded.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and I recommend using a tracked service.

• If your jewellery needs resizing, repairing, or a little extra care, please get in touch. I’ll advise on options and costs.
